Dear Fellow plot owners:
Having been a plot owner for many years and not seen much in terms of development or property appreciation, I recently visited the site and was disappointed to see the state of affairs - I have posted some pictures taken of my trip in early Feb 2008 here
I invite other plot owners to discuss and share ideas about what we should do about the situation as it stands today ..
It is my understanding that there has been little appreciation as far as prices go. Since there is no functional society of plot owners, the common facilities - pool, club house etc are in a bad state - The main gate is broken.
Inspite of this, I am optimistic as the area is picturesque and soil seems good - the teak trees despite being left unattended have not only survived - they have grown to about 9 feet. I also saw a couple of small farm houses that a couple of plot owners have built and hear that 3 other plot owners are planning likewise.
While i noticed that some owners have put a barbed wire fence around their land there were a couple of plots where the barbed wire and the pillars supporting them have been removed by someone who had other ideas of how they should be used !
